Oscillations

Oscillations is an electroacoustic composition, conceived and performed by two composers: Johann Philippe and Jean-Basile Sosa. The two musicians employ innovative electronic practices—computer programming of a groundbreaking electronic instrument and live coding—to explore the poetics of oscillation and undulation. This composition is a tribute to the pioneers of electronic music and also references the Silver Apples' eponymous 1968 album.
