Benoit Convert 4tet
Jazz contemporain

Marked by great freedom, the music played by the quartet allows each of its musicians to fully express themselves. The compositions are all pretexts for collective experimentation in which mutual listening and improvisation are essential. Instrumental excellence never takes precedence over a collective discourse where connection with others and interaction play a key role, even when one of the musicians speaks. The result is organic, lively, and intense music that always tells a story. Virtuosity rubs shoulders with space and silence.
